At Taxi Wala App, we aim to provide a seamless B2B taxi booking experience for drivers, car owners, and travel agents. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding registration fees, subscription refunds, and account cancellations.

1. Registration Fee (₹1)

  • A one-time registration fee of ₹1 is charged when you sign up.

  • This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

2. Monthly Subscription (₹100)

  • A monthly subscription of ₹100 is charged for continued access to the platform’s verified taxi bookings and smart filters.

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • If a user cancels their account within 7 days of payment, the ₹100 will be refunded in full.

    • No refund is applicable if the cancellation is made after 7 days.

3. How to Cancel Your Account

  • Users can cancel their subscription or account by contacting us via email or phone.

  • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7 business days of successful cancellation confirmation.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Eligible refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

  • Users must ensure that their bank or UPI details are accurate to avoid any processing delays.
